SPA APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

Skin Konfidence is open by appointment only and can include weekends, if necessary. You can contact us by text, phone, email, or social media so we can accommodate and reserve the most convenient time for your schedule. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time for check-in and any necessary paperwork.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Skin Konfidence believes in maintaining a safe, friendly, and quiet environment for both our spa guests and staff. As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the spa. Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit to the spa.

Please remember that all Skin Konfidence staff are highly experienced professionals here to provide you with the highest level of service. We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment. Failure to act in accordance with Spa Etiquette may lead to not being welcome at our location.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

It is of the utmost importance that you cancel and/or reschedule with a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice. We respect your time, please respect ours.

Cancellation/Missed/No Show Appointment Policy for Office Appointments:

Due to our facility being an elite “by appointment only” facility, and appointments typically being treatments lasting more than 1 hour, the office has found it necessary to charge a $100.00 fee if a minimum of 24 hours notice is not given, prior to scheduled appointment. This will be due prior to rescheduling your appointment. We reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee at the time of the no show. The Cancellation Policy will be enforced for appointments scheduled the day before or day of (Within a 24 hour window).

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be charged the $100 fee as a no show. We strive for each client to have our full attention and dedication during their appointment time. All appointments are allotted the specific amount of time for specified treatment and we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to give you the quality treatment and to respect other patients’ scheduled appointments. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

PREPAID PACKAGE DEALS

Patients who have prepaid for package deals and are no-shows or have late cancellations for their scheduled appointments will automatically have the cancellation fee deducted from the package balance or charged the cancellation fee if a card is on file and must pay the balance in order to continue treatment.

CARD ON FILE

Skin Konfidence reserves the right to hold card on file for future approved purchases as well as possible no show/cancellation fees. 

PAYMENT & GRATUITY POLICY

Payment for all individual treatments are due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment. Skin Konfidence, as a company, does not offer payment plans. We do offer Care Credit, and you can apply online before your visit or treatment. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credits issued for any services or skin care products. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit; we do not accept checks. Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuity is not included in service pricing and may be added to credit card charges, cash, Zelle or Venmo. Gratuity for your service provider is optional and left to the discretion of each patient at the time of appointment.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Refunds are not given on services rendered due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.

Refund Policy: All sales of services, packages, and memberships are final. Under no circumstances are any services or payments made refundable. In some circumstances, regarding services, at the discretion of Skin Konfidence, a credit may be applied towards a different service only.

Single Sessions or Packages are non-refundable and are non-transferable to another person, body part, or service.

Although we make every effort to keep our website and in-office materials up to date, we reserve the right to change prices or services at any time without prior notice. Promotions and discounts are valid for a limited time, and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or combined with any other promotions, sales, or offers.
