However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

CANCELLATION POLICY & SPA GUIDELINES CONSENT
Appointment Guidelines
Skin Konfidence Aesthetics operates by appointment only, with availability that may include weekends when necessary. Appointments can be scheduled by text, phone, email, or social media. By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy.
For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and completion of any required paperwork.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that all cancellations or rescheduling be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee, due prior to rescheduling. If a card is on file, Skin Konfidence Aesthetics reserves the right to process the cancellation fee at the time of the no-show. This policy applies to all appointments scheduled within a 24-hour window.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no-show, incurring the $100 cancellation fee. Each appointment is carefully timed to ensure the highest quality of care and to respect the schedule of all clients.
Prepaid Package Deals
Clients who have purchased prepaid package deals and fail to attend or cancel late will automatically have the cancellation fee deducted from their package balance, or charged to the card on file. The remaining balance must be paid before continuing treatments.
Packages may be transferred to an equal or lesser value treatment if the originally purchased package is not used. No refunds will be issued.
Card on File Notice: Skin Konfidence Aesthetics reserves the right to securely keep a card on file for memberships, approved purchases, and no-show/cancellation fees.
Payment & Gratuity Policy
- Payment for services is required in full prior to scheduling your first appointment.
- All services, memberships, and products are final sale.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Venmo, Zelle, and CareCredit. Checks are not accepted.
CareCredit: We are proud to partner with CareCredit, which offers up to 24 months with 0% interest (upon approval). This provides clients with a convenient payment plan option to make investing in their care more feasible.
Gratuity: Not included in service pricing. Tipping is optional, at the client’s discretion, and may be added via card, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Refund Policy
All sales of services, packages, and memberships are final. In certain cases, at the sole discretion of Skin Konfidence Aesthetics, a credit may be applied toward an equal or lesser-value service. Clients are responsible for any additional fees associated with upgraded treatments.
Results cannot be guaranteed, as aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person. Additional treatments may be required to achieve individual goals.
Spa Etiquette
We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for both clients and staff. Please:
- Keep voices at a low level during your visit.
- Silence cell phones during treatments.
- Refrain from any inappropriate behavior, requests, or comments.
Failure to follow spa etiquette may result in termination of services. Skin Konfidence Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service when deemed necessary.
Prices & Promotions
We continuously expand our service offerings to provide the most advanced technologies. While we strive to keep our menu and website current, prices, services, and products are subject to change without notice.
Discounts and promotions may not be combined. When multiple offers are available, the greater discount will be applied at the time of purchase.
Provider Requests
We understand and respect that clients may prefer a specific provider. However, due to illness, scheduling changes, or unforeseen circumstances, requests may not always be possible. We will make every effort to notify you of changes in advance.
Practice–Patient Relationship
We deeply value our clients, but Skin Konfidence Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, at any time, for any reason.
