Appointment Guidelines

Skin Konfidence is open by appointment only, including weekends when necessary. You may contact us by text, phone, email, or social media to reserve a time that fits your schedule.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time for check-in and any required paperwork. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. We respect your time, please respect ours.

As an appointment-only facility with treatments typically lasting over one hour, a $100 cancellation fee applies when less than 24 hours’ notice is given. This fee must be paid before rescheduling. If a card is on file, we reserve the right to charge the fee at the time of the no-show.

This policy applies to all appointments scheduled the day before or day of the appointment.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduled appointment and a $100 no-show fee. All appointments are allotted a specific treatment window, out of respect for your care and other clients’ scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule as needed.

Prepaid Packages

Clients with prepaid packages who no-show or cancel late will have the $100 cancellation fee deducted from their package balance, or charged to the card on file. The balance must be settled before continuing treatment. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person, body part, or service.

Card on File Authorization

Skin Konfidence reserves the right to keep a card on file for future approved purchases and applicable no-show or cancellation fees.

Payment & Gratuity Policy

  • Payment for individual treatments is due at the time of service
  • Packages must be paid in full at the first treatment
  • We do not offer payment plans
  • We accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
  • American Express, and CareCredit — no checks
  • CareCredit applications can be completed online prior to your visit
  • All services and products are final sale — no refunds or credits
  • We do not bill insurance, as our services are elective aesthetic treatments
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is entirely optional; it may be added to a card charge or paid via cash, Zelle, or Venmo

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, packages, memberships, or products purchased.

Aesthetic results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve further results. In limited circumstances, and solely at Skin Konfidence’s discretion, a credit toward a different service may be considered.

Spa Etiquette

Skin Konfidence is committed to a safe, professional, and peaceful environment for all guests and staff.

  • Please keep conversation at a quiet level
  • Silence your cell phone during your visit
  • Treat all staff with the same respect and professionalism they extend to you
  • Inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that are harassing or intimidating will not be tolerated

Failure to observe spa etiquette may result in being declined future service.

Prices & Promotions

We continuously expand our services to bring you the latest technology. Prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined, when multiple discounts apply, the greater value will automatically be applied at the time of purchase.

Provider Requests

We respect your preference for a specific provider; however, we cannot always guarantee availability due to illness or unforeseen schedule changes. We will make every effort to notify you in advance if a change is necessary.

Practice–Patient Relationship

We value every client relationship and strive to provide an exceptional experience. Skin Konfidence reserves the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
